SAWCAN is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Community Connector (RCC) to join our team. This role is central to supporting Aboriginal people with a disability, their families and carers to better understand and access the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in remote and very remote locations across the Eyre Peninsula.

SAWCAN is seeking a Senior Communications Officer to plan, develop and deliver clear, high-quality communications across our regional network of five Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) on the Eyre and Far West Coast of South Australia.
